Neo Business Hotel

By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.

It is worth booking if you want a clean, low-cost room near the cathedral with free parking listed, at the lowest reference price of our three Culiacán picks. Skip it if you plan to eat most meals at the hotel, since guests complain about slow restaurant service.

Who it suits and who should skip it

Neo Business Hotel is our Budget pick for Culiacán. It is a two-star property, but the guest score of 9.4 is far above what that star rating suggests. It suits business travellers and couples who care most about a tidy room and a central address.

Drivers get a useful extra: the property lists free parking. Family rooms are listed too, and pets are tagged as allowed in our data, though the pet rules and any fee are not confirmed.

If a good hotel restaurant matters to you, this may frustrate you. Guests report slow service, long waits and missing items at the table.

Location and getting around

The address is Calle Miguel Hidalgo 321 Pte. The location score is 9.5 out of 10, and guests describe it as central, about a five-minute walk from the downtown area.

Culiacán Cathedral is roughly 0.3 km away by our straight-line estimate, about 4 minutes on foot. Real walking routes may be a little longer.

We have no other nearby sights in our data for this hotel. For places further out you will likely need a taxi or your own car, and with free parking listed, driving is a realistic option here.

What guests say

The score is 9.4 out of 10 from 328 reviews, joint second of the 10 eligible properties we compared. That is a strong result for a budget hotel.

Cleanliness stands out in the comments: bedrooms and bathrooms are described as tidy and spotless. The central location is the other main positive.

The clear weak point is the restaurant. Several guests mention slow service, long waiting times and items missing from the table.

Price and what you get compared with our other picks

Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov, 2 adults, one room) were about €39.74 per night, or about €79.48 for both nights. That is 48% below the sample median of €75.84. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.

Our Best Value pick, Hotel Two Select, was only about €5.81 more per night at €45.55, with three stars and a higher score of 9.7. Our Luxury pick, Culiacan Marriott Hotel, was about €179.61 per night, five stars, with a score of 9.3.

The honest comparison is with Two Select. The gap is small, so compare both for your dates before deciding. Neo wins if free parking or the lowest price is your priority.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 10 eligible hotels in Culiacán. After setting aside the upscale choice, Neo Business Hotel had the lowest eligible reference price, and its 9.4 score from 328 reviews meant the saving did not come at the cost of guest satisfaction.
