Park Hyatt Mendoza Hotel, Casino & Spa
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want the top-rated five-star hotel in central Mendoza with a pool, spa and a strong breakfast, and the price does not worry you. If you mainly need a clean, central bed, our other two picks cost a fraction of this.

Couples on a special trip and travellers who want full hotel facilities are the right audience. The listing covers a gym, spa, pool, restaurant, garden and terrace, and the score is 8.9 out of 10 from 1,085 reviews.
Skip it if value per euro is your main measure. At more than twice the sample median, this is a clear splurge. Guests also report issues in the bathrooms, which is not what you expect at this level.
Location and getting around
The hotel is at Chile 1124, in Mendoza City Center. Guests say it faces the main plaza and that parks, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The location score is 9.7, the best number on this page.
General San Martín Park is about 2.4 km away, roughly 30 minutes on foot by straight-line estimate. That is a long walk but doable for most people; a taxi makes sense in the heat or after a day out. The time has not been verified. Free parking is listed if you arrive by car.
What guests say
Location and breakfast get the most praise. Reviewers like being on the main plaza, and they describe breakfast as wide and high quality, with a buffet and eggs made to order. The property lists American and buffet styles.
The bathrooms draw the complaints. They are called spacious, but guests mention water leaks, poor privacy and dated fixtures. For a five-star hotel at this price, that is worth knowing before you book.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €191.94 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov) for 2 adults in one room. That is about €384 for both nights, against a sample median of €83.68. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
The contrast with our other picks is sharp. Hotel Princess, the Best Value choice, was €72.42 a night with a score of 8.6. Bohemia Hotel Boutique, the Budget pick, was €39.83 with 8.4. Both have 3 stars. You pay roughly €120 a night more than Hotel Princess for 5 stars, a pool, a spa and a slightly higher score.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Mendoza. This one shares first place on guest score and holds an official 5-star rating, which is what our Luxury slot looks for first. More than a thousand reviews back up the score.
Before you book
Ask about bathroom condition when booking, given the guest reports. Check whether breakfast is included in your rate, as that has not been confirmed. Confirm pool and spa hours and any fees for your dates, and the cancellation terms.
Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed. Some listings suggest pets may be accepted, but the policy is not confirmed. The casino is part of the hotel's name; check its details directly if it matters to you.
