This is our Best Value pick in Bento Gonçalves. It suits couples and families planning wine country day trips, since guests say the main road gives easy access to vineyards and nearby towns. Family rooms, a gym, a pool, a garden and a restaurant are listed.
It suits budget-watchers less well. Guests describe modern facilities and good comfort, but say additional fees increase the total cost. If you want a simple price with nothing added, our Budget pick may be easier to plan around.
Location and getting around
The address is Av. Garibaldina, 1441. The location score is 8.8.
We do not have verified distances or walking times to any sights for this hotel. Guests mention easy access to vineyards and towns by the main road, which suggests a car is the practical way to explore. Check distances to the wineries and places you plan to visit on a map before booking.
Parking is not listed in our data. If you are driving, confirm with the hotel whether parking is available and whether it costs extra.
What guests say
The score is 9.0 out of 10 from 2,452 reviews, joint first of 6 eligible properties in our sample. That is a high score on a large number of reviews.
Breakfast is the standout. Guests describe an extensive spread of breads, cakes and fruit served in a colonial style, and the breakfast is listed as Continental and buffet.
The main complaint is cost. Facilities and comfort get praise, but extra fees on top of the room rate come up in reviews.
Price and how it compares with our other two picks
We saw €63.22 per night for 2 adults in one room. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates. The sample median was €63.04, so this was right at the median.
Our Budget pick, Tri Hotel Bento Gonçalves, was €48.85 a night with 3 stars and a score of 8.5. Our Luxury pick, Spa do Vinho Condomínio Vitivinícola, was €278.89 with 5 stars and 8.7.
For about €14 more than Tri Hotel, you get a fourth star and a score half a point higher. Spa do Vinho is more than four times the price and, in our sample, scored lower.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible properties in Bento Gonçalves. The Best Value slot balances guest score, the number of reviews and the reference price, so it does not simply reward the cheapest. A joint top score of 9.0 from almost 2,500 reviews, at a median price, made this hotel the clear choice.
