Quality Inn Biloxi Beach
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want the cheapest of our Biloxi picks and a beach just across the street, and you can live with uneven room cleanliness. If a spotless room matters more than saving money, our Best Value pick scored much higher for not much more.

This is a budget pick for beach-first travellers. Guests say the sand and water are a short walk directly across the street, and that local casinos are nearby. For a short trip built around the shore, that is the main draw.
Skip it if cleanliness is a dealbreaker. Guests report that some rooms are tidy, but others have dirty floors, musty or moldy smells and insects. That is a real risk, not a small gripe.
Also note the score. At 8.0 out of 10 it was joint last of the 10 eligible properties we compared in Biloxi. It earned its place on price, not on reviews.
Location and getting around
The address is 2414 Beach Boulevard. Guests rate the location 9.2 out of 10, and they describe it as directly across the street from the sea.
The Jefferson Davis Presidential Library and Museum is about 0.7 km away, roughly 9 minutes on foot. The Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary is about 8.3 km away, around 104 minutes on foot. That one is far, so you will need a car, a taxi or public transport.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified. Crossing a main road to reach the beach may take longer than it looks on a map.
What guests say
The overall score is 8.0 out of 10 from 1,274 reviews. Location gets the praise: the sea across the street and the casinos close by.
Room cleanliness gets the criticism. Experiences vary from one room to the next, and the complaints about smells and insects are specific enough to take seriously. Read the newest reviews before you book, and inspect your room on arrival. Ask to move if it falls short.
Price and what you get against our other Biloxi picks

Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible hotels in Biloxi. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice is set aside. This hotel had it.
It also has a location score of 9.2, so you are not trading position for price. The tradeoff is the review score and the cleanliness reports, and we would rather you know that before booking than after.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check them on the booking page.
Look for a flexible cancellation rate so you can switch if recent reviews worry you. Confirm pool opening times for November. And compare today's price with the Scarlet Pearl, since a small gap may be worth paying.
