Travellers who want calm after busy days in the old town are the best match. Guests describe a quiet setting among rice fields, a short ride from both the old town and the beach.
The guest score is 9.5 out of 10 from 1,152 reviews, which is unusually high for a Budget pick. Location scores 9.0. The property lists a pool, a spa, a gym, a garden, a terrace and family rooms.
If walking everywhere matters to you, skip it. The old town sights in our data are all more than 35 minutes away on foot.
Location and getting around
The address is 510 Trần Nhân Tông, in the Cam Thanh area. Guests say the old town and the beach are a short ride away, not a short walk.
The Museum of Trade Ceramics is about 3 km away, roughly 38 minutes on foot. Hội An Museum is about 3.1 km, around 39 minutes, and the Japanese Bridge about 3.4 km, roughly 43 minutes. All three are far for walking, so plan on a taxi or other transport.
Guests mention that staff help with transport bookings, which makes the distance easier to manage. Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified. Free parking is listed if you have your own vehicle.
What guests say
Staff are the standout. Reviews describe a friendly team that gives a warm welcome, shares local recommendations and helps arrange transport.
The quiet rice-field setting is the other main positive, especially for people who want to rest away from the crowds.
Our data records no recurring complaints for this hotel. That does not mean there are none, so read a few recent reviews, with an eye on room size and noise, which we have not assessed.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 18 eligible hotels in Hoi An. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice is set aside, and this hotel had it.
It also shares sixth place on guest score in that sample, so the low price does not come with a weak rating.
Before you book
Ask how you will get to the old town and the beach, and what transport costs, since you will make the trip often.
Confirm breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms, as neither has been assessed. Check pool and spa hours and any fees. Read recent reviews for room size, noise and condition, which we have not checked.
