Yes, it is worth booking if you want a 4-star apartment on the Binz promenade with a pool and spa listed, at the lowest eligible price we found. Go in knowing that cleanliness is uneven, with reports of mouldy shower seals, dust and infrequent housekeeping.

This is our Budget pick, and it is unusual for one: an official 4-star with a spa and wellness centre, a swimming pool, a terrace and family rooms on its facility list. Families and couples who want to be right on the seafront without paying Luxury prices are the obvious match.
People who expect daily hotel-style cleaning should think twice. The units are apartments, and many guests say housekeeping is infrequent. Reports of mould on shower seals and dust also come up often. If spotless rooms are a priority, our Best Value pick has a higher guest score.
Location and getting around
The address is Proraer Straße 11. Guests say the property sits directly on the promenade, a short walk from the town centre and the pier. Location scores 9.3 out of 10.
We do not have walking times to specific sights for this hotel, so none are given here. Check a map for the routes you care about.
Beach appears in the provider's facility list, but that does not confirm a beachfront position or a walking distance on its own. The guest comments about the promenade are the best indication we have. Parking is not mentioned in the data, so ask the property if you are driving.
What guests say
The score is 8.5 out of 10 from 2,905 reviews, joint second of the 6 eligible properties we compared in Binz.
Breakfast gets clear praise: a large, varied buffet with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit and warm dishes. The other point guests like is the setting on the promenade, close to the centre and the pier.
Cleanliness is the weak spot. The apartments are generally described as tidy, but there are frequent reports of mouldy shower seals, dust and housekeeping that does not come often. Check what cleaning is included for your stay length.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
For a 2-night stay in November 2026, the reference price we saw was €86.11 per night for 2 adults in one room. That was about 26% below the median of the hotels we compared. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, LOEV - VELA Hotels, scored 9.1 at €116.36 a night. Our Luxury pick, Grand Hotel Binz, a 5-star, scored 8.4 at €133.53. This one scores slightly higher than the Luxury pick and costs about €47 less per night, but the Best Value option is rated noticeably better by guests.
The breakfast is a buffet. Whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Binz. After setting aside the upscale choice, this had the lowest eligible reference price, and it still scored 8.5 from almost 3,000 reviews with a strong location score. Few budget options come with a pool and spa on the list.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the apartment description closely.
Ask how often the apartment is cleaned during your stay, and confirm opening times and any fees for the pool and spa. Check the current price too, since ours is only a reference from November 2026.
