This is our Budget pick in Adeje. It suits couples and independent travellers who mostly need a clean room, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and who plan to spend their days out. Guests describe the rooms as tidy, with fresh linen and regular housekeeping.
Skip it if you like having a reception to talk to. Guests report that help comes by phone and that no staff are physically present on site. If you arrive late, have lots of questions or tend to need things sorted quickly, that matters. The official rating is 1 star, so expect a basic setup.
Location and getting around
The address is Calle Grande 34, 38670 Adeje, Spain. Guests describe the setting as central, close to restaurants and bus stops, and away from the mass tourism crowds. They give the location 8.6 out of 10.
Siam Park (Tenerife) is 5.5 km away, roughly 69 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi. Our data does not list other sights near the hotel. Check a map for beaches and anything else you want to reach before you book.
What guests say
The overall guest score is 8.4 out of 10 from 218 reviews. Two positives come up again and again: the location near places to eat and buses, and clean, well kept rooms.
The main complaint is about staffing. Phone assistance is described as helpful, but nobody is there in person. On review score alone the hotel sits at position 28 of 32 eligible properties in the sample we used, so many hotels in the area score higher. It earned its place on price, not on being the top-rated option.
Price and how it compares with our other Adeje picks

Our Luxury pick, JOIA El Mirador by Iberostar -Adults Only, was €798.32 per night with a score of 9.5 and 5 stars. About €75 more per night buys you a clearly higher score at MYND Adeje. The Adeje Plaza is the one to choose when keeping the bill down comes first.
Listed facilities are free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a terrace. Breakfast is not confirmed in our data, so check whether your rate includes it.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 35 hotels in Adeje. The Budget slot goes to the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice is set aside, and at €130.04 per night this hotel was it. Its 8.4 score from 218 reviews kept it above our quality bar, even though it is not among the highest rated in the sample.
Before you book
Check how check-in works without staff on site: whether you get a code, a key box or phone instructions, and which number to call at night. Ask about breakfast, since it is not confirmed. Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed, so read the room description and the cancellation policy for your rate. If the terrace matters to you, confirm it is open during your stay.
