The Madison Inn is our Budget pick for Spokane. It is a three-star property with a guest score of 8.7 from 491 reviews.
It suits people visiting hospitals or medical centres, which guests say are within walking distance, and drivers who want quick freeway access. The property is tagged as pet friendly, and family rooms, a gym, free parking, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are listed.

Location and getting around
The address is 15 West Rockwood Boulevard. Guests highlight walking access to hospitals and medical centres and easy freeway access. The location score is 8.9.
The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes is about 1.7 km away, roughly 21 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Real routes may be longer.
We have no verified walking times to other sights, so check a map against your plans. With free parking listed, a car is a practical way to get around.
What guests say
Cleanliness comes up first: guests describe tidy, well-maintained rooms and common areas.
The location works well for medical visits, with hospitals within walking distance, and for drivers thanks to the freeway nearby.
The one recurring complaint concerns parking. The lot is secure with plenty of spaces, but spots are tight for larger vehicles. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed, so read recent reviews if these matter. Breakfast is listed as American and buffet.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov, 2 adults, one room) put The Madison Inn at about €101.19 per night, around 18% below the sample median of €123.89. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG, is three stars, scores 8.8 and was about €113.02 per night. Our Luxury pick, MainStay Suites Spokane Airport, is listed at five stars, scores 9.1 and was about €139.34.
The gap to Hotel Indigo is only about €12 a night for a 0.1 higher score and a downtown location. If being downtown matters, that small difference may be worth paying. If you are here for medical appointments, The Madison Inn makes more sense.
