This is our Luxury pick for Atlanta. It holds an official five-star rating and a guest score of 8.2 out of 10 from 207 reviews. It suits travellers who want five-star service and a downtown address close to the aquarium and Truist Plaza.
Skip it if guest score per euro matters most to you. The rating is the lowest of our three Atlanta picks, and it rests on fewer reviews than the other two. Anyone uneasy walking in city streets at night should read the location comments.
Location and getting around
The address is 181 Peachtree Street Northeast in Downtown Atlanta. The location score is 8.6.
Truist Plaza is about 0.5 km away, roughly 6 minutes on foot, and the Georgia Aquarium is 0.8 km, around 10 minutes. The High Museum of Art is 3.5 km, about 44 minutes, which is far, so use public transport or a taxi. All times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified.
What guests say
Service gets the most praise. Guests describe a friendly, professional team and single out the valet and bartenders. Rooms are described as clean, crisp and well maintained.
The surroundings draw criticism. Guests find the location convenient for attractions, but say nearby streets can feel unsafe or dirty. Plan taxis for late returns if that concerns you.
Price compared with our other Atlanta picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €472.57 per night for 2 adults in one room. The sample median was €113.79. This is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, was €274.23 with four stars and a score of 9.2. Our Budget pick, Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel, was €80.97 with three stars and a score of 8.3, but far from the centre. The Ritz-Carlton costs the most and scores the least of the three. You pay for the five-star category and service, not for a higher guest rating.
