Tiffi Boutique Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a 4-star stay with a beachfront listing, a restaurant and free parking, and a price well above the city median does not bother you. Skip it if value comes first, because both of our other Olsztyn picks scored slightly higher for less money.

Tiffi Boutique Hotel is our Luxury pick in Olsztyn. It suits couples and families who want a waterside setting, according to its beachfront listing, plus a restaurant on site and somewhere to leave the car.
Family rooms are listed, and breakfast to go is offered, which helps anyone heading out early.
Skip it if you are judging purely on score per euro. Our Budget and Best Value picks both scored 9.2, a touch above this hotel, and cost far less in the reference period.
Location and getting around
The address is ul. Żeglarska 7. Guests give the location 9.6 out of 10, a strong result.
By our straight-line estimates, the Co-Cathedral Basilica of St. James in Olsztyn is 1.9 km away, about 24 minutes on foot, and Olsztyn Castle is 2 km, about 25 minutes. Both are a reasonable walk, though the real route may be longer.
Free parking is listed, which makes a car an easy option. The property is listed as beachfront; check the map to see exactly what the waterfront looks like and how close your room is.
What guests say
The score is 9.1 from 746 reviews, which placed it joint third of 9 eligible properties in our sample. That is a high score backed by a good number of guests.
We do not have a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this hotel. That means we cannot tell you what guests single out, good or bad.
Before booking, read recent reviews yourself, paying attention to comments on rooms, noise, breakfast and the restaurant. Look for anything that matters to your trip.
Price compared with our other two Olsztyn picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €161.31 per night for 2 adults. The sample median was €99.08. This is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Focus Hotel Premium Olsztyn, our Budget pick, was €68.88 per night with a score of 9.2 and 4 stars. Hampton By Hilton Olsztyn, our Best Value pick, was €99.08 with 9.2 and 3 stars.
So Tiffi costs more than twice the Budget pick, which shares its 4-star rating and scored slightly higher. What you pay extra for is the beachfront listing, the restaurant and the boutique setting, not a better guest score.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Olsztyn. Our Luxury slot favours 5-star hotels, and when none qualifies it goes to a 4-star hotel scoring at least 8.5. Tiffi holds an official 4-star rating and a 9.1 score, so it qualified.
Its listed facilities are beachfront, restaurant, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a terrace. Breakfast is listed as buffet, with a to-go option.
