What guests say
Cleanliness comes first in the reviews. Guests describe the property as spotless and pristine, and say it smells fresh throughout.

On value, most guests find the rates reasonable. The complaints are smaller: some think the food sold on site is expensive, and some find the toiletries basic.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price was €90.12 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. The sample median was €134.86, so this was 33% below the typical rate. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, EVEN Hotel Portland - Beaverton by IHG, was €115.88 a night with a score of 8.9 and 3 stars. Our Luxury pick, AC Hotel By Marriott Portland Beaverton, was €213.78 with a score of 8.9 and 4 stars.
That is the unusual part. This Budget pick costs less than both and scores higher than both. What you give up is the fourth star and whatever extra facilities come with it.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Beaverton. This one shared the top review-score position, with 9.1 out of 10.
It is our Budget pick because it had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside. Few budget picks combine the lowest price with the best score, and this one does.
