Ugurlu Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Ugurlu Hotel is worth booking if you want the cheapest of our three Gaziantep picks and a base within a short walk of the castle. Since there is little guest detail on file, it suits flexible travellers who will read recent reviews before paying.

This is our Budget pick in Gaziantep. It suits travellers on a tight budget who want to sleep close to the old sights and spend the day exploring on foot. The property lists a spa, free parking, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Skip it if you need certainty. We have no summary of what guests like or dislike here, and breakfast is not confirmed. It also had the lowest guest score of the six hotels we compared. For only about €19 more a night, Novotel Gaziantep offers 4 stars and better documented feedback.
Location and getting around
The hotel is at Bey Mah. Kayacik Sok. No:14, in the Gaziantep City Center area. Guests give the location 9.1 out of 10, its strongest number.
Straight-line walking estimates: Liberation Mosque is about 0.3 km, roughly 4 minutes. Gaziantep Castle is about 0.6 km, around 8 minutes. Boyacı Mosque is about 0.9 km, close to 11 minutes. All three are well within walking range, though these are estimates rather than measured routes.
Free parking is listed if you arrive by car. Confirm it when you book.
What guests say
The overall score is 8.2 out of 10 from 163 reviews. That is a fair result, but the lowest in our sample of six, and the review count is smaller than at Novotel.
We do not have a breakdown of recurring praise or complaints for this hotel. The 9.1 location score is the clearest signal guests give. Room size, noise, cleanliness and condition are not confirmed, so read the latest reviews and look at recent guest photos before booking.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €60.00 a night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, so about €120 for two nights. The sample median was €95.59, which puts this 37% below. It is a reference price, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Novotel Gaziantep, our Best Value pick, was €78.81 a night with 4 stars and a score of 8.3. Teymur Continental Hotel, our Luxury pick, was €96.40 a night with 5 stars and 8.6.
In Gaziantep the three picks sit close together on price. The saving here is real but modest, so weigh it against the missing detail on rooms and breakfast.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Gaziantep. Ugurlu Hotel had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was reserved. Its central position, a short walk from the castle, backs that up.
Before you book
Ask whether breakfast is available and included, as it is not confirmed. Check whether the spa is open and if it costs extra.
