Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want the top-rated hotel in our Interlaken sample, a central address and a full spa, and the price is not a concern. Most travellers will find it hard to justify at about five times the local median, and some guests say the value does not match the cost.

This is our Luxury pick for Interlaken. It holds an official five-star rating and a guest score of 9.3 out of 10 from 642 reviews, the highest score among the hotels we compared here. It suits special occasions, families who want family rooms and a pool, and travellers who want everything on site.
If you mainly need a comfortable bed between mountain excursions, the other two picks cost a fraction of the price. Drivers should also expect to pay for parking.
Location and getting around
The address is Höheweg 41 in central Interlaken, and the location score is 9.7, the strongest part of its profile. Guests say it is close to shops and train stations, with views of the mountains and of paragliders landing nearby.
Interlaken Monastery is about 0.5 km away, roughly 6 minutes on foot. Unspunnen Castle is 2 km, around 25 minutes, and Jungfrau Park is 2.4 km, about 30 minutes. The last one is a long walk, so consider public transport or a taxi. All times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified.
What guests say
Location gets the most praise, followed by the staff. Reviewers describe a friendly, professional team that gives attentive service and useful local advice.
Value is the sore point. Some guests feel the room rates and extra parking charges are expensive relative to the quality they received. At this price level, read recent reviews for the room category you plan to book.
Price compared with our other Interlaken picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €1,035.20 per night for 2 adults in one room. The sample median was €205.82. This is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, The HEY HOTEL, was €182.10 with four stars and a score of 8.0. Our Best Value pick, Essential by Dorint Interlaken, was €205.82 with three stars and a score of 8.7. Two nights here cost about the same as ten nights at Essential by Dorint. You get a higher score, five stars and a spa, but the gap in price is far larger than the gap in rating.
