Vina Boutique Hotel is our Budget pick in Hue. It suits backpackers, long-stay travellers and anyone who plans to spend the day out and only needs a simple, central room. Family rooms are listed.
Skip it if you want hotel facilities to enjoy between outings. The listing is short: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, family rooms and a 24-hour front desk. It also ranked near the bottom of the hotels we compared on guest score, even though 8.7 is still good.
Location and getting around
The address is 34a Võ Thị Sáu. Guests give the location 9.4.
Straight-line estimates put Truong Tien Bridge 0.8 km away, about 10 minutes on foot. The Huế Museum of Royal Fine Arts is 1.5 km, about 19 minutes. Thiên Mụ Temple is 5.8 km, about 73 minutes, which is far: plan on a taxi or other transport for that trip. Walking times are estimates, not measured routes.
What guests say
The hotel scores 8.7 out of 10 from 232 reviews. It placed joint eleventh of the 12 eligible properties we compared, which says more about how strong Hue's hotels are than about this one.
Our data does not include a summary of what guests liked or disliked. We cannot tell you how they rate cleanliness, staff, noise or breakfast. With 232 reviews, there is enough to read through, so look at recent ones before booking, especially the lower scores.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €13.74 a night, about €27.48 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov) for 2 adults in one room, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
That was 72% below the sample median of €49.45. Our Best Value pick, Jade Scene Hotel, was €28.11 a night with a 9.2 score. Our Luxury pick, Meliá Vinpearl Hue, was €76.31 with 9.4 and five stars. Here you pay about half the Best Value price and accept a lower score and fewer facilities.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 12 eligible hotels in Hue. After setting aside the upscale choice, Vina Boutique Hotel had the lowest eligible reference price, which is how we fill the Budget slot. An 8.7 score and a 9.4 location rating mean the low price does not come with a poor position.
The breakfast listing is a buffet. Whether it is included in the price is not confirmed.
Before you book
Check whether breakfast is included in your rate, as that could change the value. Parking is not listed, so ask if you arrive by car or scooter.
Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the room description and the cancellation policy before paying.
