By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you are in Shenzhen for an event at the exhibition center or need a cheap, clean bed near the airport. Skip it if you came to see the city, because the main sights are 25 to 30 km away.

The full name says it plainly: this hotel serves the Bao'an International Convention and Exhibition Center. Trade fair visitors, exhibitors and anyone with an early flight are the natural guests. Guests say it is close to both the exhibition center and the airport, with restaurants and shops around it.
Budget travellers get a lot for very little. The reference price was €22.32 per night, 79% below the sample median, for a 4-star property that guests describe as modern and tidy with new furniture.
Sightseers should skip it. Window of the World is about 25 km away, Splendid China Folk Village about 26 km and the Shenzhen Special Zone Press Tower about 31 km. That is a long trip each way.
Location and getting around
The address is No.316 Qiaohe Road, Fuyong Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. The location score is 8.3, the lowest of our three Shenzhen picks.
Every listed sight is far. Straight-line estimates put Window of the World at 315 minutes on foot, Splendid China Folk Village at 330 and the Press Tower at 383. Walking is not realistic; you will need public transport or a taxi for any of them. Distances are straight-line estimates and have not been verified on the ground.
Free parking is listed, which helps if you are driving.
What guests say
The score is 8.6 out of 10 from 353 reviews. That placed it joint 11th of 18 on score, so it is well liked but not near the top of the city sample.
Praise focuses on location for the exhibition center and airport, and on cleanliness: modern, tidy rooms, new furniture and fresh linens.
Breakfast divides opinion. It is a filling Chinese-style buffet, but guests miss Western options and fresh coffee. The listed styles are vegetarian, Asian and buffet.
Price and what you get, compared with our other picks

Our Best Value pick, Huaqiang Plaza Hotel Shenzhen (4 stars, 9.1), was €122.33 per night, and our Luxury pick, Fraser Suites Shenzhen (5 stars, 9.2), was €148.29. Both are in Futian, much closer to the city sights. You save around €100 a night here, and you pay for it with distance.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 18 eligible hotels in Shenzhen. This one had the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale choice was set aside, so it took the Budget slot.
Its 8.6 score, gym, restaurant, free parking and free Wi-Fi make it more than a bare-bones option.
