World Heart Hotel

By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.

World Heart Hotel is worth booking if you want an official five-star stay in Baghdad with a spa, gym and pool listed, and you accept paying well above the city median. Travellers watching their budget will get similar or better guest scores from our other two Baghdad picks for a fraction of the price.

Who it suits and who should skip it

This is our Luxury pick for Baghdad. It holds an official five-star rating and lists a gym, a spa and wellness centre, a pool, a restaurant, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. That makes it a sensible base for travellers who want full hotel services in one building, including families who need a larger room.

Skip it if price matters most. At a reference price of €244.72 a night it costs more than three times our Budget pick, and its guest score of 9.0 is slightly lower than both of our cheaper choices. If you mainly need a clean bed and good service, the money buys little extra in guest satisfaction.

Location and getting around

The listed address is simply the hotel name, so the exact street address is not confirmed in our data. Check it on the booking page or ask the hotel before you arrange transfers. Guests rate the location 9.3 out of 10, which suggests they are happy with the area, but the data does not say what is nearby.

The main sights are far. The Iraq Museum is about 6.2 km away, roughly 78 minutes on foot. Abu Hanifa Mosque is about 10.8 km (around 135 minutes) and Al-Kazimiyya Mosque about 11.9 km (around 149 minutes). These are straight-line estimates. In practice you will need a taxi or other transport for every one of them, so budget time and money for that.

What guests say

The score is 9.0 out of 10 from 238 guest reviews, a solid sample. Praise centres on people. Guests describe the staff as friendly, professional and helpful, and the front desk team is often mentioned by name for smiling, helpful service.

The main complaint is cost. Some guests feel the rates are expensive, even while they agree the standards are high. Among the 6 eligible properties in the sample, the hotel shares 4th place on review score, so it is good but not the top-rated option in the city.

Price and how it compares with our other Baghdad picks

Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults put the hotel at €244.72 a night, about €489 for both nights. The sample median was €183.22 a night, so this sits well above the typical rate. Check today's price for your own dates, as these are not live quotes.

Our Budget pick, Burj Al Salam Hotel, was €74.59 a night with a 9.1 score. Our Best Value pick, فندق وشقق أومري - Aumary Hotel&Residences, was €95.97 with a 9.5 score. Both are four-star. What the extra spend here buys is the five-star rating and the spa, pool and gym on the facility list. A buffet breakfast is offered, but whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed.

Why it made our top 3

We compared 6 eligible hotels in Baghdad. For the Luxury slot, five-star properties get priority, and this hotel combines an official five-star rating with a 9.0 score from a large number of reviews. No other five-star option in the sample matched that mix.

Before you book

Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Confirm the street address, check whether the spa and pool are open on your dates and whether they cost extra, and read the cancellation policy. Plan taxis for sightseeing, since nothing on our list is within walking distance.
