Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible hotels in Suzhou, a strong sample where Xingle's 8.9 placed it 8th on guest score. The Best Value slot balances score, number of reviews and reference price, and is not always the cheapest. Its low price against the median and its 9.5 location score earned the place.
