Grand Hyatt Manila
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want a top-rated luxury base in Bonifacio Global City with a spa, pool and mall access, and the price is not your main concern. Skip it if you came to see San Agustin Church and Rizal Park, which are 8 to 9 km away, or if you want strong value for money.

Business travellers, shoppers and families who plan to spend time in BGC are the best match. Guests like that the hotel connects to shopping malls and that High Street is walkable. The property lists a spa, a pool, a gym, a restaurant and family rooms.
Sightseers focused on historic Manila should think again. The old city landmarks in our data are all over 90 minutes away on foot. And some guests feel that service levels do not justify the rates, so if you are price-sensitive, the gap to our other picks is large.
Location and getting around
The address is 8th Avenue corner 35th Street, Bonifacio Global City, in the Fort Bonifacio area. The location score is 9.5 out of 10, which reflects how practical BGC is day to day.
For the classic sights, distances are long. Malacañang Palace is 7.4 km, about 93 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Rizal Park is 8.4 km, about 105 minutes. San Agustin Church is 9 km, about 113 minutes. All three are far, so plan on a taxi or public transport and allow for traffic.
What guests say
It scores 9.2 out of 10 from 617 reviews, joint second for review score among 18 eligible properties.
On the plus side, guests value the direct link to shopping malls and the short walk to High Street in the modern BGC district. They also describe the staff as friendly, professional, warm and attentive.
The criticism is about value. Guests agree the facilities are high quality, but some feel service does not always match what they pay. Room size, noise and renovation condition have not been assessed.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €299.71 per night, four times the sample median of €74.83. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes.
Our Budget pick, Red Planet Manila Binondo, is a 3-star scoring 8.2 at €27.73 per night. Our Best Value pick, Grand Westside Manila Bay, is a 4-star scoring 8.5 at €64.64. The Grand Hyatt costs more than four times the Best Value choice. What you get for that is a higher guest score, the spa and pool, and a BGC address.
Breakfast options listed include continental, Asian, American, buffet and breakfast to go. Whether breakfast is in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 18 eligible hotels in Manila. The Luxury slot goes first to five-star properties; this hotel's five-star rating is estimated by the accommodation rather than an official classification. It earned the place through a 9.2 score, second best in the sample, and a 9.5 location score.
Before you book
Check today's price for your dates, since the November 2026 figure is only a guide and the rate is high. Confirm whether breakfast is included, and check spa and pool hours and any fees. Read the cancellation terms. If you plan day trips to old Manila, factor in taxi time and cost.
