By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a well-reviewed, mid-priced hotel in Paphos with a generous breakfast and free parking. Skip it if you want to be closest to the Archaeological Park and lighthouse, since our other two picks sit nearer.

Axiothea is our Best Value pick in Paphos. It suits couples and families who want breakfast included in the picture, family rooms and free parking for a rental car.
Its official rating is 2 stars, so do not expect the facilities of a large resort. A pool, spa or gym is not listed. Travellers who want those should look at our Luxury pick instead.
Location and getting around
The address is 2, Andrea Ioannou Street, 8047 Paphos City, Cyprus. Guests rate the location 9.2 out of 10 and say the old town centre and nearby bus stations are a short walk away.
The Church of Panagia Theoskepasti is 1.8 km, about 23 minutes on foot. Paphos Archaeological Park and Paphos Lighthouse are each 1.9 km, about 24 minutes. These are straight-line estimates. All are walkable, though our Budget and Luxury picks are closer to them.
An airport shuttle is listed by the property. Times and cost are not confirmed, so book it ahead and ask the price.
What guests say
The score is 9.1 out of 10 from 2,065 reviews. That is position 11 of the 34 eligible properties in our sample, and a large review base.
Breakfast leads the praise. Guests describe a generous buffet with homemade jams and local dishes, served in a dining area with a good outlook. Location also scores well, mainly for the walk to the old town and buses.
Our data shows no recurring complaint for this hotel. That does not mean there are none, so scan recent reviews for anything about noise, beds or room size.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was 94.50 euros per night, 189 euros for 2 nights. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
That is 21 percent below the sample median of 119.82 euros. Our Budget pick, ROOMS by Emmelia Group, was 75.00 euros with a 9.2 score but very few listed facilities. Our Luxury pick, M Boutique Hotel -Designed for Adults, was 158.32 euros with a 9.1 score.
For about 19.50 euros a night more than the budget option, you get a buffet breakfast, free parking, family rooms and an airport shuttle on the list. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also listed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 40 hotels in Paphos, 34 of them eligible. For Best Value we pick the strongest review-confidence score at or near the median price. Axiothea pairs a 9.1 score with more than 2,000 reviews and a price below the median.
