This is our Budget pick in Paphos. It suits couples and solo travellers who mostly need a clean place to sleep and plan to spend their days out at the sights.
It is not for travellers who want facilities. The property lists only free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It has no official star rating in our data, and breakfast is not confirmed. If you want a buffet breakfast and parking, our Best Value pick is a better match.
Location and getting around
The address is Panteli Mixanikou 15, 8046 Paphos City, Cyprus. Guests rate the location 9.2 out of 10.
It is well placed for the main sights on our list. Paphos Archaeological Park and Paphos Lighthouse are each about 1 km away, roughly 13 minutes on foot. The Church of Panagia Theoskepasti is 1.3 km, about 16 minutes. These are straight-line estimates, so real routes may run a little longer.
Parking and airport transfers are not listed. If you rent a car or land late, ask the property about options before you arrive.
What guests say
Guests give it 9.2 out of 10 from 317 reviews. That is position 9 of the 34 eligible properties in our sample, and slightly higher than our other two Paphos picks.
The review count is smaller than at those two hotels, so the score rests on fewer stays. Our data has no summary of specific likes or dislikes. Read recent reviews for comments on room size, noise and cleaning before you book.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was 75.00 euros per night, 150 euros for 2 nights. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not a live quote. Check today's price for your own dates.
That is 37 percent below the sample median of 119.82 euros. Our Best Value pick, Axiothea Hotel, was 94.50 euros with a 9.1 score and buffet breakfast. Our Luxury pick, M Boutique Hotel -Designed for Adults, was 158.32 euros with a 9.1 score and 5 stars.
So you save about 19.50 euros a night against Axiothea, and you also give up breakfast, parking and family rooms. For a short city stay where you eat out, that trade can make sense.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 40 hotels in Paphos, with 34 eligible for ranking. After setting aside the upscale choice, ROOMS by Emmelia Group had the lowest eligible reference price. Its 9.2 score and strong location rating made it a safe budget choice.
