B&B Hotel Bolzano
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you arrive by car, want free parking and a modern room at the lowest price among our Bolzano picks, and do not mind being outside the centre. If you plan to explore the old town on foot, the location will work against you.

This 3-star hotel suits drivers, people passing through South Tyrol and anyone who values free parking over a central address. Guests describe the rooms as modern, spacious and tidy, and the facility list includes free parking, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Pets are allowed, which helps if you travel with a dog.
Skip it if you want to walk out into the historic centre. Guests say it sits close to the highway and an industrial zone and far from the old town, and the location score of 7.2 out of 10 is the weakest of our three Bolzano picks.
Location and getting around
The address is 18 Via Werner Von Siemens, 39100 Bolzano, Italy. Every sight in our data is more than 30 minutes away on foot. Bolzano Victory Monument is 2.6 km, about 33 minutes. The South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology is 2.8 km, about 35 minutes. Runkelstein Castle is 4.7 km, roughly 59 minutes.
Put plainly, this is far from the main sights, and you will need public transport, a taxi or your own car for most outings. The walking times are straight-line estimates, so real routes may take longer.
What guests say
Breakfast gets the warmest comments: an abundant buffet with a wide range of sweet and savoury options. It is listed as continental and buffet. Guests also like the rooms, which they describe as modern, spacious and tidy.
The main complaint is the setting itself. Being near the highway and an industrial zone is convenient for driving but not pleasant for an evening stroll, and the old town is a long way off.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults was about €114.84 per night, roughly 40% below the €190.97 median of the hotels in our sample. It is a reference price, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Goldenstern Townhouse, cost about €185.55 a night with a 9.4 score and a central position in the pedestrian zone. Our Luxury pick, Castel Hörtenberg, scored 9.6 at about €414.59 a night. Choosing this hotel saves around €70 a night against Goldenstern, and adds free parking, but you trade away the walkable location and a full point of guest score.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 32 hotels in Bolzano, of which 30 were eligible in the review sample. B&B Hotel Bolzano ranks 26th of those 30 on guest score, so it is not here for its reviews. It took the Budget slot because it had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale pick was set aside, and 8.1 from 2,360 reviews is still a solid, well-tested result.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check them on the booking page. Given the highway nearby, light sleepers should ask for a quieter room. Confirm that free parking is available for your dates and what pet rules and fees apply. Plan how you will get into the centre before you arrive.
