This is our Budget pick in Franklin, a 3-star hotel at 1308 Murfreesboro Road. It suits road trippers and families who want a modern room, a pool, free parking and quick access to the interstate. Family rooms are listed.
Skip it if you sleep badly on a firm bed, since some guests find the mattresses too hard. Skip it too if you want to walk to sights, as the only one in our data is an hour away on foot.
Location and getting around
Guests describe the hotel as near the interstate, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The guest location score is 8.6.
The one sight in our data, the Nashville Tennessee Temple, is about 4.8 km away, roughly 60 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. That is far, so drive, use public transport or take a taxi.
Our data does not list distances to Franklin's centre or to other attractions. Check a map against your plans. Free parking is listed, which makes a car the easy choice.
What guests say
The overall score is 8.0 out of 10 from 1,646 reviews. That is a large number of reviews, but it ranked last of the 10 properties we compared on review score. Its place on our list comes from price.
Rooms get the praise. Guests call them clean, modern and spacious, with updated interiors.
Beds split opinion. Many guests find them comfortable, but some say the mattresses are too hard. If you are sensitive to that, keep it in mind.
An American buffet breakfast is listed. Our data does not confirm whether it is included in every rate.
Price and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults was €88.05 a night, about €176 for both nights. That was about 36% below the sample median of €137.55. These are reference prices, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs, was €152.29 a night with a score of 9.3. Our Luxury pick, Hilton Franklin Cool Springs, was €323.93 a night with a score of 9.1.
The trade is clear. You save about €64 a night against the Best Value pick and about €236 against the Luxury pick. In return, you accept a lower guest score. For a short stay where the room is just a base, the savings add up.
