This 4-star hotel suits business travellers and couples who want a pool, a gym, a restaurant and a terrace in one place, and who value friendly service. The breakfast-to-go option is handy for early starts.
Skip it if price matters most. At the reference rate it was more than double the local median, and our Best Value pick posted a higher guest score. Travellers who are strict about housekeeping should also read the comments on linens and bathrooms.
Location and getting around
The address is 601 Corporate Centre Drive. Guests rate the location 9.5 out of 10.
The only nearby sight in our data is the Nashville Tennessee Temple, about 4.5 km away by straight-line estimate, or roughly 56 minutes on foot. That is far for a walk, so plan on a car, public transport or a taxi. Parking is not listed in our data, so check availability and cost with the hotel if you are driving.
What guests say
The score is 9.1 out of 10 from 179 reviews. That is a moderate sample, enough to trust the general picture.
Staff are the standout. Guests describe a friendly, polite and helpful team and a warm welcome.
The criticism concerns room cleanliness. Rooms are generally tidy, but some linens look worn and bathrooms occasionally need attention. If you notice a problem, report it at check-in.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Franklin. Five-star hotels get priority for the Luxury slot, and a 4-star fallback must score at least 8.5. Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is officially 4 stars, scored 9.1 and shared second place on review score, so it took the slot.
It is the most complete full-service option among our three picks, with a strong score to match.
