Bohema Boutique Hotel & Spa
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Yes, book it if you want the best-rated hotel in our Bydgoszcz sample, with five stars, a spa and pool, and a central address, for a moderate luxury price. Only the smaller number of reviews and some confusion over parking payment give reason to pause.

Bohema Boutique Hotel & Spa is our Luxury pick in Bydgoszcz. It suits couples, short city breaks and anyone who wants five stars within walking distance of the main sights.
The property lists a spa, a pool, a restaurant, family rooms, a terrace, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Its tags also mention a gym and pets, but the pet policy and any fee are not confirmed.
Skip it if you want the most reviews behind your choice: 341 is a smaller base than at many hotels. Skip it too if price comes first. Our Budget pick costs about €66 less per night.
Location and getting around Bydgoszcz
The address is Konarskiego 9. Guests rate the location 9.6 out of 10.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified. The Deluge Fountain is about 0.1 km away, roughly 1 minute on foot. Bydgoszcz Cathedral is about 0.6 km, around 8 minutes, and the Bydgoszcz Synagogue about 0.8 km, around 10 minutes.
All three are easy walks, so you can see the centre without transport. For arrival from the station or airport, check routes yourself, as we have no confirmed transport details.
What guests say
The score is 9.3 out of 10 from 341 reviews. In the provider sample it shared first place on review score among 6 eligible properties.
Breakfast stands out: guests describe an extensive selection of tasty dishes, with a la carte options too. The staff are called professional, friendly and helpful, with a warm welcome.
The one recurring issue concerns parking. Guests describe large, convenient spaces across the street, but say the payment information can be unclear. Ask at check-in how and where to pay.
Price and value against our other two picks
The reference price was €147.56 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room. The sample median was €107.81. These are reference prices, not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Focus Hotel Premium Pod Orłem, our Budget pick, was about €81.80 per night with a score of 8.7 and four stars. Focus Hotel Premium Bydgoszcz, our Best Value pick, was about €127.62 per night with a score of 9.2 and four stars.
The step up from Best Value is only about €20 per night. For that you get a fifth star, a spa and pool, and a slightly higher score. As luxury premiums go, this one is modest.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 6 eligible hotels in Bydgoszcz. In the Luxury slot, hotels with an official five-star rating come first, and a four-star fallback would need at least 8.5.
Bohema has the official five stars and shared the top review score in the sample, which made it the obvious choice.
