Boutique Hotel Loft
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want a well-rated, low-cost room in Seoul with easy airport bus access and you do not mind travelling across the city to the palaces. If a fresh, dry bathroom is non-negotiable, read recent reviews first, as some rooms have leak or damp complaints.

This three-star hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu suits budget travellers, people arriving or leaving by airport bus, and anyone who likes a large bath. Guests mention big tubs and jacuzzis in some rooms. The property lists a restaurant, free parking, family rooms, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
It is a weaker fit if your plan is to walk around the old palaces and markets. Those are all far from here. Guests who are sensitive to smells should also note the reports of damp in some units.
Location and getting around
The address is 72, Seonyudong 2-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu. Guests say it is close to Dangsan station and to airport bus stops, with many places to eat nearby. The location score is 8.8 out of 10.
The main sights in our data are distant. Namdaemun is about 7.3 km away, roughly 91 minutes on foot. Gyeongbokgung is about 8.5 km, around 106 minutes, and Changdeokgung about 9.7 km, around 121 minutes. You will need public transport or a taxi to reach any of them. All figures are straight-line estimates.
Free parking is listed if you are driving, though few visitors to Seoul do.
What guests say
The score is 8.7 out of 10 from 668 reviews. That placed it ninth of the 19 eligible hotels in our sample, a mid-table result, but a solid number for the price.
Guests like the location near the station and airport buses, and the staff, who help with luggage and with arranging transport.
The main complaint concerns bathrooms. Some units suffer from leaks or damp smells. If you notice either, ask to change rooms early in your stay.
Price and how it compares with our other Seoul picks
The reference price was €75.49 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. It is not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Hanok Hotel DAAM Seoul, also three stars, was €91.59 per night with a 9.1 score. Our Luxury pick, Signiel Seoul, a five-star hotel, was €558.68 per night with a 9.3 score.
For about €16 less per night than the Best Value pick, you trade a higher guest score for a lower bill and good airport bus links. Breakfast is listed as American; whether it is included is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 19 eligible hotels in Seoul. Boutique Hotel Loft is our Budget choice because €75.49 was the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside.
It is not the top-rated hotel in the city, but an 8.7 from more than 650 reviews is a reliable floor for a budget stay.
