Brentwood Suites Nashville, an Ascend Collection Hotel
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Yes, it is worth booking if you want an officially 5-star stay in Brentwood without paying a premium, since its reference price came in 15% below the local median. The one recurring complaint is beds set very high off the floor, so travellers with limited mobility should ask about this first.

Our Luxury pick in Brentwood is an unusual one. It holds an official 5-star rating, yet its reference price was lower than our Best Value choice. That makes it a strong fit for couples and business travellers who want a high standard and a reasonable bill.
Guests single out two things: spotless rooms and a friendly, professional team. If those matter more to you than a long list of extras, it suits you well.
Think twice if you have trouble climbing into a tall bed. Guests report mattresses positioned very high off the floor, which makes getting in and out awkward. It is also a poor choice for anyone without a car, as explained below.
Location and getting around
The address is 622 Church Street East, Brentwood. The location score is 9.2.
Distances to the sights in our data are long. Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is 6.9 km away, about 86 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Nashville Tennessee Temple is 11.9 km away, roughly 149 minutes. Both are far, so plan on driving, a taxi or public transport.
Walking times are approximate and have not been verified. Free parking is listed, which helps if you arrive by car, but confirm it for your dates.
What guests say
It scores 9.0 out of 10 from 90 reviews and shares the top review position among 10 eligible Brentwood properties. Ninety reviews is a smaller base than some rivals, so the score carries a little less weight.
Cleanliness is the main praise. Guests describe rooms kept spotless and well maintained. Staff come next, described as friendly, polite and welcoming.
The only repeated complaint in our data concerns bed height. It is a small issue for most, but a real one for older guests, children or anyone with joint problems.
Price and how it compares with our other Brentwood picks
The reference price was 125.11 euros per night, about 250.22 euros in total. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live rate. Check today's price for your dates before deciding.
Against the sample median of 146.37 euros, that is 15% lower. Our Budget pick, Sleep Inn Nashville - Brentwood - Cool Springs, was cheaper at 87.69 euros with a score of 8.0. Our Best Value pick, Sheraton Nashville Brentwood, cost more at 186.77 euros, with the same 9.0 score.
So the gap to the Budget option was about 37 euros a night, for a full point more in guest score and a higher official star rating.
Why it made our top 3
We looked at 10 properties in Brentwood. For the Luxury slot, 5-star hotels come first, and a 4-star fallback needs at least 8.5. This hotel cleared the bar with its official 5 stars and a joint-top 9.0 score.
The fact that it also undercut the median price made the choice easy.
