Sheraton Nashville Brentwood
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Worth booking if you want the highest-rated clean, modern rooms in Brentwood and are driving, since parking is free and guests praise the interstate access. Skip it if price matters most: it was the most expensive of our three picks in the reference sample, and breakfast draws complaints.

This 3-star Sheraton at 760 Old Hickory Boulevard fits drivers. Guests describe it as near the interstate, shopping and dining, a short drive from Broadway in Nashville. Free parking is listed, so a car costs you nothing extra to keep here, though you should confirm that for your dates.
Pet owners should also look closely. The property is tagged as pet friendly, but the fee and any size limits are not confirmed in our data.
Skip it if you plan to walk to sights or if you want a strong breakfast. The one consistent complaint is a limited breakfast menu with few protein options and slow service. Budget travellers have cheaper options in Brentwood, covered below.
Location and getting around
The location score is 9.4, the strongest of the hotel's ratings in our data. That score reflects convenience by car more than walkability.
The nearest sight in our data is Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, 6.1 km away, which works out at about 76 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate. Nashville Tennessee Temple is 12.7 km away, around 159 minutes. Both are far. You will need a car, a taxi or public transport for either one.
Walking times here are rough straight-line figures and have not been verified on the ground. Plan any trip into central Nashville as a drive.
What guests say
The score is 9.0 out of 10 from 161 reviews. In a sample of 10 eligible Brentwood properties, it shared the top review position.
Rooms get the most praise. Guests call them sparkling clean and modern, with updated bathrooms and walk-in showers. The location near the interstate, shops and restaurants is the second theme.
Breakfast is the weak point. Reviews mention a limited menu that lacks protein such as eggs, plus slow service. The listed breakfast types are American, buffet and breakfast to go, but whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Price and what you get against our other Brentwood picks
The reference price was about 186.77 euros per night, or roughly 373.54 euros for the stay. That is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not a live quote. Check today's price for your own dates.
The sample median was 146.37 euros a night, so this hotel sat clearly above the middle of the market. Our Budget pick, Sleep Inn Nashville - Brentwood - Cool Springs, was 87.69 euros with a score of 8.0. Our Luxury pick, Brentwood Suites Nashville, an Ascend Collection Hotel, was 125.11 euros with a score of 9.0 and an official 5-star rating.
Put plainly, the Sheraton cost more than our Luxury pick in that sample. What you pay for is the strongest location score of the three, free parking, a gym and a restaurant.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 properties in Brentwood. The Best Value slot balances guest score, the number of reviews and the reference price, so it is not the cheapest choice by design.
Here the Sheraton earned the place with a joint-top score of 9.0, a solid review count of 161 and a 9.4 location rating. If its price for your dates drifts well above the other two, the case for it weakens.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the room description and the cancellation policy before you pay.
Listed facilities include free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a fitness centre, free parking and air conditioning. Opening hours and any fees for these need checking for your dates.
