This is a no-frills, two-star option for drivers. Free parking is listed, and so are free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a 24-hour front desk. The data also tags the property as pet-friendly, which makes it a candidate if you travel with a dog. Confirm the pet policy and any fee directly before you book.
Skip it if you want a polished stay or detailed guest feedback. With 69 reviews and a score of 8.2, it sits last of the 4 eligible properties in the sample on guest score. No specific likes or dislikes were summarised from reviews, so there is little to go on beyond the number.
Location and getting around
The address is 3021 Plaza Centre Court, Bryan. The location score from guests is 8.8 out of 10, which is solid, though it tells you more about convenience than about what is on the doorstep.
The one sight in our data, the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, is 7.1 km away. That is about 89 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate, so it is far. Plan on a car or a taxi. Walking times here have not been verified, so check a map for your own route.
What guests say
The overall picture is a guest score of 8.2 from 69 reviews. That is a decent result, but it is the lowest of the four properties compared, and the sample is small.
No recurring praise or complaints were extracted for this hotel. Room size, noise levels, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed either. Read the most recent reviews on the booking page to fill those gaps.
Price and what you get against our other two picks
The reference price was €85.84 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. That is roughly €172 for both nights and about 10% below the sample median of €95.79. It is a reference price, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Here is the honest catch. Our Luxury pick in Bryan, Sleep Inn & Suites Bryan - College Station, was listed at €89.44 a night with a score of 8.6 and 4 stars. That is only about €3.60 more per night. The Best Value pick, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryan - College Station by IHG, scores 9.3 but costs €180.76 a night, more than double.
Breakfast is not confirmed in the data. Ask whether it is offered and whether it is included in your rate.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible properties in Bryan. This one had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, and it still clears 8 out of 10 with guests. That combination is what earns it the Budget slot.
It did not win on score. If the small price gap to the Sleep Inn holds on your dates, that may be the better buy.
Before you book
Check today's price for your exact dates, since the figures above come from November 2026. Confirm the pet policy and fees, whether breakfast exists, and the cancellation terms. Free parking is listed by the property, but availability and any conditions should be confirmed too.
Finally, map your trips. Anything you plan to see in the area is likely to need a car.
