Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryan - College Station by IHG is our Best Value pick for Bryan. It suits drivers, people visiting the area for a few days who want a pool and a gym, and anyone who chooses hotels mainly by what past guests say.
Skip it if you are on a tight budget. In our reference check it cost roughly twice as much as our Budget and Luxury picks. Skip it as well if you want to walk to sights: the one attraction in our data is far away.
Location and getting around
The address is 3041 Plaza Centre Court, Bryan. The location score is 9.4 out of 10, which suggests guests are happy with where it is, although our data does not say what they liked about the area.
The only nearby sight we have is the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, about 7.4 km away. On foot that is around 93 minutes in a straight line, so it is far: plan on a car, public transport or a taxi. Free parking is listed, which makes driving the practical choice.
What guests say
The headline number is 9.3 out of 10 from 121 guest reviews. That placed it first of the 4 eligible hotels in the sample, and 121 reviews is a reasonable base for trusting the score.
Our data does not include specific themes from guest comments, either positive or negative. Before booking, read a handful of recent reviews to see what drives the high rating and whether anything, such as noise or room layout, could bother you.
Price and what you get
We saw €180.76 per night, about €362 for 2 nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November, 2 adults, one room), not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Here is the honest part. The sample median was €95.79, so this rate was close to double it. Our Budget pick, Candlewood Suites College Station by IHG, was €85.84 with an 8.2 score. Our Luxury pick, Sleep Inn & Suites Bryan - College Station, was €89.44 with an 8.6 score. You are paying around €90 more per night for a higher guest score.
What the property lists: a gym, a pool, free parking, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is described as continental, but whether it is part of your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Bryan. The Best Value slot balances guest score, review count and price, so it is not always the cheapest. This hotel led the sample on guest score with a solid number of reviews, which kept it in the slot despite the high reference price. If the price gap stays this wide for your dates, the other two picks deserve a serious look.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Compare today's price against our other two picks first, since the gap was large in our check.
Confirm whether breakfast is included, check the pool's opening times for your season, and read the cancellation policy on your rate.
