Couples, families and travellers with pets are all reasonable fits. The listed facilities include family rooms, a gym, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and pets are allowed. As an aparthotel in the Keystone Collection, its name says it opened in December 2025, which is why its review count is lower than older hotels.
Skip it if you need breakfast on site, since breakfast is not confirmed in our data. Travellers who prefer a long track record over a newer property may also want to weigh the smaller number of reviews.
Location and getting around
It sits at Pils iela 13, Rīga, 1050, and guests give the location 9.9. Riga Cathedral is about 0.1 km away, roughly a 1-minute walk. Riga Castle is about 0.2 km, around 3 minutes, and the Freedom Monument about 0.6 km, around 8 minutes.
Those times are straight-line estimates, so expect slightly longer on real streets. Parking and transport details are not included in our data; check them with the property if you are arriving by car.
What guests say
The score is 9.6 out of 10 from 469 reviews, the highest review score of the 34 eligible properties in the provider sample. That is an excellent result, though based on fewer reviews than our other two Riga picks.
Our data does not include a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this property. That means we cannot tell you what guests praise or criticise most. Read recent reviews yourself to see comments on rooms, noise and cleaning before booking.
Price and how it compares with our other Riga picks
The reference price was €66.50 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, so €133 for both nights. That was 15% below the sample median of €78.45. It is not a live quote; check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Old Riga Plaza Hotel, was €28.81 per night but scores 8.1, with some cleanliness complaints. Our Luxury pick, Grand Poet Hotel and SPA by Semarah, a 5-star, was €107.71 with a 9.4. Carillon gives you the best score of the three for a price in the middle.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 39 candidate hotels in Riga. Our Best Value pick goes to the strongest review-confidence score at or near the median price, and Carillon ranked first of 34 eligible properties on review score while costing less than the median. That combination made it an easy choice.
