Couples on a special trip and travellers who want a full 5-star service will be the happiest here. The hotel lists a spa, gym, restaurant, garden, terrace, family rooms, free parking, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Families have options too, since family rooms are listed, but room sizes have not been assessed, so check the details.
Skip it if you plan to eat most meals in and want to keep extras low. Guests flag the restaurant and laundry prices as expensive.
Location and getting around
The address is 41 Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat, and guests rate the location 9.7 out of 10.
You are very close to the old centre. The Church of Our Lady is 0.1 km away, about a minute on foot. The Belfry of Kortrijk and Saint Martin's Church are both 0.2 km, about 3 minutes each. These are straight-line estimates, but at these distances the difference hardly matters.
What guests say
The score is 9.7 out of 10 from 477 reviews, the top score among the 6 eligible hotels we compared.
Staff are the standout. Guests describe a friendly, professional and attentive team, including a valet parking service. Breakfast is the other favourite, with an extensive, high-quality spread served in a glass atrium.
The complaint is about extras. Guests rate the overall experience highly but find dining and laundry costs steep, so budget for them if you plan to use them.
Price and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €318.90 a night, about €638 for two nights, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. The median of the hotels we compared was €189.65, so this one costs roughly 68% more. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Hotel Messeyne, our Best Value pick, was €182.90 a night with a 9.0 score and 4 stars. The Market by Parkhotel, our Budget pick, was €133.90 with 8.0 and 3 stars. You pay about €136 more per night than at Messeyne for the fifth star, the spa and the 9.7 score.
