Conrad Macao
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a 5-star hotel on the Cotai Strip with the best guest score in our Macao sample, at a price only slightly above our Best Value pick. Skip it if your trip is about the historic centre, which is far from here, or if a slow check-in would spoil your arrival.

Conrad Macao is our Luxury pick for Macao. It suits couples, shoppers and casino visitors who want to stay on the Cotai Strip, with a spa, a pool and indoor access to malls and casinos nearby.
It is also a good fit for anyone flying in, since the property lists a free airport shuttle. Check the timetable before you travel.
Skip it if you mainly want to explore the historic centre on foot. The old town sights are more than an hour's walk away. Travellers arriving tired should also note that some guests report long queues at check-in.
Location and getting around
The address is At The Londoner Macao, Cotai Strip, in the Cotai area. Guests rate the location 9.7 out of 10 and value the indoor access to nearby malls and casinos.
For the older part of the city, distances are long. On our straight-line estimates, Macau Tower is 4.7 km, about 59 minutes on foot. The Historic Centre of Macau is 5.8 km, about 73 minutes, and the Ruins of Saint Paul's are 6.2 km, around 78 minutes.
All three are far, so plan on public transport or a taxi for those visits.
What guests say
The score is 9.4 from 1,191 reviews, joint first of 12 eligible properties in our sample. That is an excellent result from a large group of guests.
Staff are praised as friendly, professional and attentive. The location on the Cotai Strip, with indoor access to malls and casinos, is the other main positive.
The weak point is arrival. Many guests find check-in efficient, but some face long queues and delays waiting for their rooms. If you land early, ask about luggage storage and room timing.
Price compared with our other two Macao picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 was €117.98 per night for 2 adults, against a sample median of €112.62. This is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Casa Real Hotel, our Budget pick, was €70.45 per night with a score of 8.0 and 4 stars. Holiday Inn Express Macau City Centre by IHG, our Best Value pick, was €98.75 with 8.6 and 3 stars.
The gap to the Best Value pick was only about €19 a night, and for that you get 5 stars, a spa, a pool and a score 0.8 points higher. That makes Conrad unusually good value for a Luxury pick in the reference period.
