Staff are the first thing guests mention: friendly, helpful and attentive, with a warm welcome. The breakfast comes next, described as an extensive buffet with a diverse selection of high-quality items.
The criticism is about extras rather than the stay itself. Guests call the room rates fair but say parking and drinks cost a lot. Ask for prices up front so there are no surprises at checkout.
