Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Yes, this is an easy booking for most visitors: it had the top guest score in our Pittsburgh sample at a price close to the city median. The main catch is valet parking, which guests find expensive, so drivers should factor that in.

This is our Best Value pick for Pittsburgh. It suits sports fans, museum visitors and first-timers who want to walk to the main sights from a downtown base. Family rooms and a pool are listed, which helps with children. The tags also show pets are accepted, but rules and fees are not confirmed.
Skip it if you are driving and want free parking, since guests call the valet charges high. If you only need a cheap bed, our Budget pick costs about €43 less per night.
Location and getting around
The address is 745 Grant St., in Downtown Pittsburgh. Guests rate the location 9.4 out of 10 and mention it is near the subway and within walking distance of the arenas.
PNC Park and The Andy Warhol Museum are each about 0.9 km away, roughly 11 minutes on foot. Fort Duquesne is about 1.1 km, around 14 minutes. These are straight-line estimates, and the real walks may run a few minutes longer.
What guests say
The hotel scores 9.0 out of 10 from 1,774 guest reviews. That put it joint 1st of the 11 eligible hotels we compared, and the review count is the largest among our three Pittsburgh picks.
Guests describe the staff as friendly, helpful and professional, with a warm welcome. The central location is the other frequent compliment.
On the downside, guests consider room rates reasonable but the valet parking charges high. The exact fee is not in our data.
Price and how it compares with our other picks
The reference price was €127.30 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov) for 2 adults in one room. It is not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
The sample median was €125.97, so this sat almost exactly at the middle of the market. Our Budget pick, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh-South Side by IHG, scored 8.1 at €84.54. Our Luxury pick, Fairmont Pittsburgh, scored 8.7 at €287.44. Drury Plaza beat both on guest score while costing less than half the Fairmont rate.

Why it made our top 3
We compared 11 eligible properties in Pittsburgh. Our Best Value pick balances guest score, number of reviews and reference price, so it is not always the cheapest option. Drury Plaza led on score, had a deep review base and sat near the median price, which made it a clear fit.
