This is our Budget pick for Bellevue. It works best for drivers: guests highlight easy freeway access to both Seattle and Bellevue. Families may like the family rooms and the space guests describe in the units.
If you want to walk to restaurants and sights, or you care about the breakfast experience, consider our Best Value pick. Be clear on the tradeoff: an 8.0 score is still good, but it was the lowest among the 12 hotels in our sample.
Location and getting around
The hotel is at 14632 Se Eastgate Way. Guests give the location 8.5 out of 10, mostly for its road links rather than for things on the doorstep.
Seattle Washington Temple is about 0.5 km away, roughly 6 minutes on foot. Medina, Washington is 8.4 km away, about 105 minutes walking, and Bill Gates's house is 9.1 km, about 114 minutes. Both are far, so plan on a car, a taxi or public transport. Walking times are straight-line estimates.
Parking is not among the facilities in our data. If you are driving, confirm with the hotel whether parking is available and whether it costs extra.
What guests say
The score is 8.0 out of 10 from 1,242 reviews, a large and reliable sample.
Rooms get the warmest comments. Guests describe spacious, tidy units with comfortable beds and practical layouts. Freeway access is the other repeated plus.
Breakfast draws criticism. There are hot and cold options such as waffles and eggs, but guests mention disposable cutlery and food running out. Go early if you plan to eat there.
Price and what you get, compared with our other picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults were €103.22 a night, about €206.44 for two nights. That was 64% below the €283.97 median of the hotels we compared. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Hyatt House Seattle Bellevue, scored 8.8 at €171.50 a night. Our Luxury pick, InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, by IHG, is a 5-star hotel that scored 9.0 at €470.69 a night. Eastgate saves you about €68 a night against the Hyatt House, at the cost of a lower score.
Listed facilities include a fitness center, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is listed as continental, American and buffet. The property is tagged as pet-friendly in our data, but check the pet policy and any fees directly.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 12 eligible hotels in Bellevue. Eastgate had the lowest eligible reference price after the upscale pick was set aside. Its 8.0 score ranked last of the 12, but in a city where the median was close to €284 a night, a well-reviewed room at about €103 is a real saving.
