InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, by IHG
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a 5-star hotel in Bellevue with the top review score in our sample and the budget is not the main concern. Be aware that the score rests on only 76 reviews and the price is far above the city median, so it is a premium choice, not a value one.

This is our Luxury pick in Bellevue. It suits business travellers and couples who want an official 5-star hotel and are comfortable paying a large premium for it. The property lists a restaurant, a gym, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and it is tagged as pet-friendly. Confirm the pet policy and any fees directly.
If value is your priority, this is not the right pick. On our reference dates it cost well over double our Best Value option. Travellers who want the reassurance of hundreds of reviews may also prefer a hotel with a larger sample.
Location and getting around
The address is 850 Avenue Square NE, and the location score is a strong 9.3 out of 10. Medina, Washington is about 2.4 km away, roughly 30 minutes on foot as a straight-line estimate.
The Seattle Washington Temple is about 6 km away, around 75 minutes on foot. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi. We have no confirmed transport details and no verified walking times to shops or restaurants, so check a map before you arrive.
What guests say
The hotel scores 9.0 out of 10, but from only 76 reviews. That is a small base, and a few new reviews could move the score.
We do not have a summary of guest likes or dislikes for this hotel, so we cannot tell you what guests praise or criticise most. Room size, noise, renovation condition and cancellation terms have not been assessed either. Read recent reviews on the booking site before you commit, especially at this price.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price was €470.69 per night, about €941 for two nights. It is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote, and far above the sample median of €283.97 per night. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Eastgate Hotel - BW Signature Collection, was €103.22 per night with a score of 8.0 and 3 stars. Our Best Value pick, Hyatt House Seattle Bellevue, was €171.50 per night with 8.8 and 3 stars. The InterContinental costs about €299 a night more than Hyatt House for a slightly higher score and two extra stars.
Breakfast styles listed are Continental, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, American and buffet. Inclusion in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 12 eligible properties in Bellevue. The InterContinental ranked joint 1st on review score and holds an official 5-star rating, which our method prefers for the Luxury slot. The small number of reviews is the main caveat.
Before you book
Read recent guest reviews, since we have no summary of likes and dislikes. Confirm whether breakfast is in your rate, and ask about parking and its cost, which our data does not cover. Check the pet policy if relevant, and compare today's price with the reference figures.
