Exe Oviedo Centro
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Yes, it is worth booking if you want a 4-star base near the bus and train stations at a price below the city median. Light sleepers and anyone who cares a lot about a calm breakfast should read the caveats first.

This is our Best Value pick for Oviedo. It suits travellers arriving or leaving by bus or train, since guests repeatedly mention how close the stations are. It also suits families: family rooms are listed, and so are air conditioning and a 24-hour front desk.
Skip it if you want to step straight out into the old town. The cathedral is roughly 13 minutes on foot, so it is close but not on the doorstep. If you want the most polished stay in town and can spend more, our Luxury pick scores higher.
Location and getting around
The address is Pepe Cosme, 1, in the area listed as The Real Heart of Oviedo. The location score from guests is 9.2 out of 10, which is strong.
Oviedo Cathedral is about 1 km away, around 13 minutes on foot. Santa María del Naranco is about 1.7 km, roughly 21 minutes, and San Miguel de Lillo about 1.9 km, around 24 minutes. These are straight-line estimates, so real routes may take longer, and the walk up to the two pre-Romanesque churches is not confirmed as flat. Check the route on a map before you set out.
Guests say both the bus and train stations are close and the city centre is a short walk. We have not confirmed exact distances to either station.
What guests say
The score is 8.8 out of 10 from 2,383 reviews, a large sample. Two themes stand out in the praise: the location near the stations and a short walk from the centre, and a staff team described as friendly, professional and quick to sort out problems.
The main complaint concerns breakfast. It is a buffet that guests call varied and complete, but some say it gets crowded and that items are slow to be replenished. If you eat late, that may not matter. If you want an early, quiet breakfast, it might.
Price and how it compares with our other Oviedo picks
The reference price was €78.75 a night, about €157.50 for two nights. That figure is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not a live quote. The sample median was €86.40, so this hotel sat about 9% below it. Check today's price for your dates.
Hotel Fruela, our Budget pick, was €58.95 a night with the same 8.8 score and 3 stars. Eurostars Hotel de la Reconquista, our Luxury pick, was €124.65 a night with 9.1 and 5 stars. Exe Oviedo Centro sits in the middle: one more star than the budget option for about €20 more per night.
Breakfast is listed as a buffet, but whether it is included in your rate is not confirmed. Read the rate details before you pay.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible hotels in Oviedo. This one shared second place on review score and has one of the larger review counts in the sample. Best Value means it balances score, number of reviews and price. It is not the cheapest option, and it is not meant to be.
