This is our Luxury pick for Olbia. It suits couples and families who want a full-service stay with a spa, gym, pool, restaurant, garden and terrace listed, and drivers who value free parking. Pets appear among the property tags, so travellers with animals should ask about the conditions.
Skip it if you are counting every euro, or if you want to step straight out into the old centre. Its location score of 8.3 is the lowest of our three Olbia picks.
Location and getting around
The hotel stands at Viale Aldo Moro 333. On straight-line estimates, the Basilica of San Simplicio is 1.8 km away, about 23 minutes on foot. That is walkable, but it is not a quick hop for dinner.
The Giants' grave of Su Mont'e s'Abe is about 7.4 km away, roughly 93 minutes on foot. That is far, so plan on public transport or a taxi.
These walking times are estimates, not measured routes. Our data does not give distances to the airport or the port, so check a map for your arrival and departure.
What guests say
The rating is 9.0 out of 10 from 690 reviews, the highest of the 5 eligible hotels we compared. Guests praise a friendly, professional team with helpful service and a warm welcome, and a varied breakfast of fresh food served directly by staff.
No recurring complaint appears in the guest data we have. That does not mean there are none, and 690 reviews is a smaller sample than our other two Olbia picks, so read recent reviews for your season.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price was €156.20 a night, about €312 for two nights, well above the sample median of €103. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Hotel For You, our Budget pick, was €98.25 with 8.2. Jazz Hotel, our Best Value pick, was €99 with 8.7. All three are 4-star hotels, so the premium buys a higher guest score and more listed facilities, not an extra star.
Breakfast styles listed are Italian, vegetarian, gluten-free and American. Whether breakfast is included in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 eligible properties in Olbia. For the Luxury slot, five-star hotels come first, and a four-star fallback needs a score of at least 8.5. This official 4-star hotel scored 9.0, the best in the sample, which earned it the place.
