This is our Luxury pick for Cleveland. It suits travellers who want to be downtown, walk to restaurants and attractions, and be looked after by staff that guests describe as friendly, helpful and attentive.
It is less of a fit if you are driving and watching costs. Guests say parking and room service charges are high, even though they rate the overall experience well.
If you need a spa or pool, note that neither is listed here. The listed facilities are a gym, a restaurant, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

What guests say
The Fidelity scores 9.3 out of 10 from 179 guest reviews, first of the 10 eligible properties in our sample.
Guests mostly praise two things: the warm welcome from a friendly, attentive team, and the central downtown location.
The criticism is about cost rather than quality. Guests describe a high-quality stay but consider parking and room service charges expensive.
Price and how it compares with our other Cleveland picks
Reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov), for 2 adults in one room, were about €341.70 per night, roughly €683 for both nights. The sample median was €281.65. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG (3 stars, 8.2/10), was about €205.03 per night. Our Best Value pick, ROOST Cleveland (4 stars, 8.9/10), was about €239.88. Cleveland was not cheap in our sample, so the step up to the Fidelity is about €100 a night over ROOST, for five stars and the top guest score.
Factor in parking and room service if you plan to use them, since those are the costs guests flag.
