This is a good fit for couples and small groups who want a polished, central stay with a spa and gym on site. Family rooms are listed, so families with children can look at it too. The data also carries a pets tag, but the pet policy and any fees are not confirmed, so ask the hotel before you bring an animal.
Skip it if you want the lowest price. At about 90% above the median of the sample we compared, it is a premium choice. Also think twice if you expect breakfast and parking to be cheap. Guests describe both as steep.
Location and getting around
The address is ul. Św. Jana 15, in the Old Town. The location score is 9.8 out of 10. Guests describe a quiet street a short walk from the main square.
The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is 0.3 km away, about 4 minutes on foot. Wawel Cathedral and Wawel Castle are each 1.2 km away, about 15 minutes. These are straight-line estimates, so the real walk may be a little longer. Nothing in our data is over 30 minutes on foot.
We have no confirmed information on how to reach the hotel from the station or airport. Check the route for your arrival time before you travel.
What guests say
The score is 9.4 out of 10 from more than 1,570 guest reviews. That puts it 4th of 27 eligible properties in the provider sample.
Guests like the location and the staff. They describe a friendly, professional team that gives helpful concierge help and attentive care.
The one clear complaint is value for money. Standards are high throughout, but breakfast and parking costs are considered steep. We have not assessed room size, noise, renovation condition or cancellation terms, so do not assume anything about them.
Price and what you get, against our other two picks
The reference price is about €226 per night for 10 to 12 November 2026, for 2 adults in one room. This is a reference price for those dates, not a live quote. Your price will change with dates and room type.
Our Budget pick, Pokoje Gościnne Św. Anny, is a 4-star at about €55 a night with a 9.0 score. Our Best Value pick, Venetian House Market Square Aparthotel, is a 4-star at about €84 with a 9.4 score. That means H15 Palace costs roughly €143 more per night than Venetian House for the same review score. You are paying for the 5-star rating, the spa and gym, and the concierge-style service guests mention.
The sample median is €119.11 a night, so this hotel sits well above it.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 40 candidates in Kraków. H15 Palace is our Luxury choice because it is a 5-star stay with the strongest review-confidence score among the eligible upscale options.
It combines a high score, a large number of reviews and a central address. The trade-off is price, and we say so plainly.
Before you book
Check these points on the booking page for your own dates: whether breakfast is included (a buffet is listed), the breakfast price if it is not, the parking fee and whether parking is available, and the cancellation terms.
Also confirm spa opening times and any spa fees, the pet policy if relevant, and the size of the room type you choose. All prices here are reference prices for 10 to 12 November 2026, for 2 adults.
