This is our Budget pick in Kraków. It suits couples, families and pet owners who want to sleep in the Old Town without paying Old Town hotel prices. The property lists family rooms, free Wi-Fi and pets allowed.
Skip it if a firm bed matters a lot to you. Some guests found the mattresses too soft and sagging, while others found them large and cosy. Also skip it if you want hotel-style extras: our data does not confirm a restaurant, bar, gym or 24-hour reception, so treat those as unknown.
Location and getting around
The address is ul. Św. Anny 4, Old Town, 31-008 Kraków. This is the hotel's strongest point. Guests give the location 9.9 out of 10.
The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is about 0.3 km away, roughly 4 minutes on foot. Wawel Cathedral and Wawel Castle are both about 0.8 km away, around 10 minutes walking. These are straight-line estimates, so allow a little extra time.
Guests describe it as steps from the Main Square and the Old Town, yet quiet, and walkable to shops. For most sightseeing you will not need transport at all. The property mentions an airport shuttle in its wider listing, but it is not in the confirmed facility list, so ask about availability and cost before relying on it.
What guests say
The overall score is 9.0 out of 10 from 1,846 guest reviews. That is a big sample, so the score is reliable as a general signal.
Two themes come up in what guests like. The first is the location, close to the Main Square but quiet. The second is cleanliness: guests describe the apartment and bathroom as spotless and tidy.
The main complaint is the beds. Some guests liked them, but others found the mattresses too soft and sagging. Room size, noise and the condition of the rooms have not been assessed in our data, so check recent reviews for those.
Price and how it compares with our other Kraków picks
The reference price is about €54.77 per night. This is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 November) for 2 adults and one room, not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Venetian House Market Square Aparthotel, was around €83.50 a night with a 9.4 score and 4 stars. Our Luxury pick, H15 Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Krakow, was around €226.47 a night with a 9.4 score and 5 stars.

Breakfast options listed are continental, vegetarian, vegan, buffet and breakfast to go, but whether breakfast is included in the rate is not confirmed.
