Holiday Inn Kayseri - Duvenonu by IHG is a 4-star hotel and our Best Value choice in Kayseri. It suits couples, business travellers and drivers who want a central hotel with free parking and a spa at a price close to the city median. Guests also mention easy access to ski areas, which makes it worth a look for winter trips.
It is less suited to travellers who put breakfast first, since some guests found the selection limited. The score is based on 172 reviews, far fewer than the 1,140 behind our Luxury pick, so treat it as a less settled figure.

What guests say
The score is 8.5 out of 10 from 172 reviews. That was joint third of the 4 eligible properties in our sample.

Price and how it compares with our other two picks
The reference price was €99 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. That is €198 for both nights. The sample median was €104.20, so it came in 5% below the middle. These are not live quotes, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Novotel Kayseri, was €71.04 a night with an 8.2 score and 4 stars. Our Luxury pick, Radisson Blu Hotel, Kayseri, was €154.39 with a 9.1 score and 5 stars. For about €28 more than the Novotel you get a slightly higher score and a longer facilities list. The Radisson Blu scores higher still, but the step up is about €55 a night.
Listed facilities include a spa and wellness centre, a gym, a restaurant, a garden, a terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and family rooms. Breakfast is a buffet.
Why it made our top 3
Our Kayseri sample had only 4 eligible hotels. The Best Value slot weighs guest score, review count and price together rather than picking the cheapest. A price just under the median, an 8.5 score and a full set of facilities made this the balanced middle choice.
Before you book
