By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Novotel Kayseri is worth booking if you want a four-star hotel at the lowest price of our three Kayseri picks, with a buffet breakfast guests rate highly. If you need fluent English at reception or the best score in town, consider our other two picks.

It suits travellers who want reliable four-star facilities on a budget: a gym, a restaurant, family rooms and free parking are listed, and pets are tagged as allowed. Guests also mention easy access to the city centre, the bus terminal and the ski slopes, which makes it practical for winter trips.
Skip it if smooth communication in English matters a lot to you. Some guests say staff struggle with English or are slow to respond. The guest score of 8.2 from 314 reviews is good, but the lowest of our three picks.
Location and getting around
The address is Yenipervane Mah. Kocasinan Bulvari No:163 Kocasinan. The location score is 8.5 out of 10.
Kayseri Castle and the Kayseri Archaeology Museum are both about 1.6 km away, roughly 20 minutes on foot. These are straight-line estimates, so the real walk may be a little longer.
Guests highlight quick access to the bus terminal and the ski slopes. Our data does not give distances for those, so check your route and transport options before you go.
What guests say
Breakfast is the clear favourite. Guests describe an extensive buffet with fresh local cheeses, omelettes and a wide variety of tasty options. Location is the other strong point.
The weak spot is staff communication. The team is described as friendly and professional, but some members struggle with English or are slow to respond. A translation app can help, and it is wise to confirm important requests in writing.
Price compared with our other Kayseri picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults was €71.04 a night, about €142 for both nights. It is not a live quote. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Best Value pick, Holiday Inn Kayseri - Duvenonu by IHG, scored 8.5 at €99 a night. Our Luxury pick, Radisson Blu Hotel, Kayseri, scored 9.1 at €154.39 a night. Novotel is about €28 cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn, with a score 0.3 lower.
Listed facilities include a gym, restaurant, garden, terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, family rooms and free parking. A buffet breakfast is offered, but whether it is in your rate is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible properties in Kayseri, a small sample. Novotel had the lowest eligible reference price once the upscale choice was set aside, which is how our Budget slot works.
Getting a four-star hotel with a highly rated breakfast at this price is the main reason it is here.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Check them for your dates.
If you travel with a pet, confirm the pet policy and any fee. Check whether breakfast is in your rate, and compare the live price with the Holiday Inn, since the score gap is small.
