Holiday Inn London Luton Airport by IHG
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
A sound booking for an airport night or a short stay on Airport Way, with a strong score across more than 4,000 reviews at a price just under the local median. It suits flyers and business travellers more than anyone planning to explore the wider area on foot.

Holiday Inn London Luton Airport by IHG is our Best Value pick in Luton. The address and the name point to the obvious use case: a night before or after a flight. The property lists a gym, a restaurant, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which covers the basics for a short stop.
Skip it if you want the best rated hotel in our three picks; our Luxury pick scores 8.8. If price is your only filter, our Budget pick was about €11 a night cheaper in our check. And if you plan a longer stay to see the area, note that most of what is listed nearby is far on foot.
Location and getting around
The address is Airport Way. Guests rate the location 9.2 out of 10, which is high. Our data does not confirm the exact distance to the terminal or whether there is a shuttle, so check that with the hotel before you plan your morning.
Someries Castle is about 1 km away, roughly 13 minutes on foot. Dunstable Priory is 9.3 km away, around 116 minutes, which is far: you will need public transport or a taxi. Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified.
What guests say
The score is 8.6 out of 10 from 4,077 reviews. That placed it joint second of 5 eligible hotels in the sample.
Our data does not include a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this hotel. A high score over a large number of reviews is a good sign, but it does not tell you about noise, room size or service. Read recent reviews, and look in particular for comments on airport noise and on getting to the terminal.
Price and what you get, compared with our other two picks
We saw €113.08 a night in our reference check. That is a reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not a live quote. It was about 2% below the sample median of €114.90. Check today's price for your dates.
Listed facilities are a gym, a restaurant, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is listed as continental, full English or Irish, and buffet. Whether breakfast is in your rate is not confirmed.
Spark by Hilton Luton, our Budget pick, was €102.14 a night with a score of 8.3 and 4 stars. Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport, our Luxury pick, was €146.18 a night with a score of 8.8 and 4 stars. This hotel has 3 stars but a higher score than the Budget pick, at a modest premium.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 5 hotels in Luton. The Best Value slot goes to the hotel with the best mix of guest score, review count and reference price, not necessarily the cheapest. Here, an 8.6 from more than 4,000 reviews and a 9.2 location score at a price near the median did the job.
Before you book
Room size, noise, renovation condition, breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms have not been assessed. Read the room description and the cancellation policy first.
Ask the hotel how to reach the airport terminal and at what times, since a shuttle is not confirmed in our data. Parking is not listed either, so check it if you are leaving a car during your trip.
