Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Hotel Amarano is worth booking if you want the best-rated hotel in Burbank, with strong service and a quiet setting, and you are happy to pay well above the local median. If your plans centre on Hollywood sights, budget for car or taxi time, because none of them is walkable from here.

This is our Luxury pick for Burbank. It suits travellers with business near the studios, couples who want a calm base, and families: the property lists family rooms, a pool, a gym, a garden and a terrace.
Guests rate it 9.0 out of 10 from 327 reviews. It is a four-star hotel, chosen as a fallback because no five-star option in the area met our bar, and four-star fallbacks must score at least 8.5.
Skip it if you mainly want to walk to Hollywood landmarks, or if a big breakfast spread matters to you. Some guests find the continental options basic.
Location and getting around
The address is 322 North Pass Avenue, Burbank. Guests describe a quiet neighbourhood close to the studios and local attractions. The location score is 9.1.
The well-known sights are far. The Hollywood Sign is about 3.3 km in a straight line, roughly 41 minutes on foot. The Dolby Theatre is about 5.9 km, around 74 minutes, and Grauman's Chinese Theatre about 6 km, around 75 minutes. Plan on a car, taxi or public transport for all three.
Walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been checked on real routes. Guests mention valet service, so ask about parking costs if you drive.
What guests say
Staff get the most praise. Guests describe a friendly, professional and accommodating team at the front desk, at the valet stand and in the restaurant.
The setting also comes up: a quiet street near the studios. On the downside, breakfast draws mixed comments. The pastries are liked, but some guests find the continental choice basic or small. Breakfast inclusion is not confirmed in our data.
Price and what you get compared with our other picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults was €313.82 per night, against a sample median of €197.66. That is a real premium. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport, was €139.91 per night with a score of 8.4. Our Best Value pick, Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport, was €159.25 with an 8.6. Both are four-star hotels.
So you pay roughly double the other two picks for a higher score, the strongest service feedback and a quieter setting. If you only need a bed near the airport, the cheaper picks make more sense.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 10 eligible properties in Burbank. Hotel Amarano shares the top review-score position in that group, with 327 reviews behind the 9.0.
With no five-star hotel in the sample qualifying, it was the clear four-star choice for our Luxury slot.
