Hyatt Place San Jose Airport is worth booking if you need an easy, clean base near the airport and highways at a price close to the city median. It is a poor fit if you want to walk to downtown sights, and extra charges for parking and food can eat into the value.

The address is 82 Karina Court, San Jose. Guests like the closeness to the airport and the highways, and mention light rail access to the stadium. The location score is 9.0.
Distances to sights are long. PayPal Park is about 2.6 km in a straight line, around 33 minutes on foot. The Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum is about 4.5 km, roughly 56 minutes, and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph is about 5.2 km, roughly 65 minutes. All three are far on foot, so use public transport, a taxi or a car.
These walking times are straight-line estimates and have not been verified on real routes.
What guests say
Two points stand out in positive reviews. The first is location for travel: near the airport, near the highways, with light rail to the stadium. The second is cleanliness, with rooms described as tidy, well kept and often fresh-smelling.
The main complaint is about value. Guests find the room rates reasonable but say charges for parking and food reduce the overall value. Check those costs before you book.
