Jardines del Sol is our Best Value pick in Playa Blanca, a four-star property with a guest score of 9.0 from 867 reviews. Guests describe the units as apartments, which suits families and couples staying a few days who want space and regular housekeeping. Listed facilities include a pool, a restaurant, free parking, family rooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace.
Skip it if you like a late swim, since guests say the pool closes early in the evening. And if you are on a tight budget, this is not a cheap stay: our Budget pick was well under half the price.
Location and getting around
The address is Calle de Francia 1, Urb. Montaña Roja. Guests rate the location 8.6.
The one landmark in our data, Pechiguera Lighthouse, is about 3 km away in a straight line, roughly 38 minutes on foot. That is far for a casual walk, so plan on a taxi, public transport or a car. Free parking is listed, which helps if you rent one.
Beach access is not confirmed. A beach appears in the provider facilities, but that does not confirm a beachfront position or how far the nearest beach is. Check a map before booking if you want to walk to the sea.
What guests say
Staff get strong praise: guests call the team friendly, professional, attentive and quick to respond. Cleanliness is the other standout, with apartments described as spotless thanks to regular housekeeping.
The pool draws mixed comments. It is heated and has a separate children's area, which families like, but it closes early in the evening.
With a 9.0, it had the joint top review score among the 9 eligible properties we compared.
Price and how it compares with our other Playa Blanca picks
The reference price was €275.69 a night, exactly the sample median. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults, not live quotes. Check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Grupotel Flamingo Beach, was €108 a night with a score of 8.0 and two stars. Our Luxury pick, Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort, was €295 with an 8.6 and five stars. The gap to the luxury option is small, about €19 a night, so compare both on your dates. This one wins on guest score and the space of an apartment.
Breakfast details are not confirmed in our data. Check what your rate includes.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 9 eligible properties in Playa Blanca. Best Value balances guest score, review count and price, so it is not necessarily the cheapest. The top score in the sample, consistent praise for staff and cleanliness, and a median price put it in this slot.
Before you book
Check the pool hours, the distance to the nearest beach and whether your unit has a kitchen, since that is not confirmed. Confirm breakfast and cancellation terms. Room size and noise have not been assessed, so recent reviews are worth reading.
