Book it if you want the best guest score in our Sihanoukville sample, a 5-star beachfront resort with a spa, and you are happy to pay close to double the local median. Skip it if you need to be near town or want a long track record of reviews before you commit.

This is the pick for travellers who want a full resort stay. The property lists a beachfront setting, a spa, a pool, a gym, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace. Family rooms are listed too, so it can work for families as well as couples.
It is less suited to anyone on a tight budget or anyone who wants to step out into town each evening. The address sits in Prey Nob District rather than the city centre. And with 102 reviews, the rating rests on a smaller pool of guests than our other two picks.
Location and getting around
The full address is Koh Russey, Oung Village, Ream Commune, Prey Nob District, Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The location score is 9.5 out of 10, the highest of our three picks in the area.
We have no verified walking times or distances to sights, the town or transport points. Before booking, put the address into a map, ask the resort how guests arrive and whether it arranges transfers, and check any cost. Plan on needing transport for trips beyond the resort.
What guests say
The score is 9.5 out of 10 from 102 reviews. That places it first out of the 7 eligible properties we compared in Sihanoukville.
Our data does not include a summary of specific likes or dislikes for this hotel, so we cannot tell you which parts guests praise most or what they complain about. A high score from a modest number of reviews is a good sign, but read recent reviews yourself to see what drives it and whether any recurring issue shows up.
Price and what you get, compared with our other picks
The reference price was €184.53 per night, seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults. That comes to about €369 for both nights, well above the €97.93 sample median. It is not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
For that you get an official 5-star rating and the longest facility list of our three picks: beachfront, spa, pool, gym, restaurant, garden, terrace, family rooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free parking. Breakfast styles listed include continental, full English or Irish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Asian, American and buffet. Inclusion in your rate is not confirmed.
Our Budget pick, Naiya Sea Resort, costs €48.05 a night and scores 8.5. Our Best Value pick, RIVA Hotel SHV, costs €66.84 and also scores 8.5. JATI costs nearly four times as much as Naiya, and the extra buys a full point on guest score plus spa and resort facilities.
Why it made our top 3
Our Luxury slot gives priority to five-star hotels, and a four-star fallback must score at least 8.5. JATI Koh Russey is officially 5 stars and has the top guest score among the 7 properties compared, which made it the clear choice for this slot.
