LA CASONA Encanto Rural - ApartaHotel SPA Llanes
By the Top3Hotels editorial team. Based on Booking.com guest scores and reviews, location data and reference prices. We did not stay at this hotel. Updated 2026-10-24.
Book it if you want a quiet rural stay near Llanes with a well-liked spa and you are happy to pay more than double the local median. Skip it if you want to step straight out into town, or if price is your priority, since our other two Llanes picks cost well under half as much.

This apartahotel at La barriosa s/n has the highest guest score in our Llanes sample: 9.6 out of 10 from 107 reviews. The four-star rating is estimated by the booking site, not official.
It suits couples and families who want countryside calm, a spa and parking, with town a short drive or a longer walk away. Family rooms and free parking are listed.
Skip it if you want bars and restaurants on your doorstep. And if you are watching the budget, our Budget pick scored 9.3 for a fraction of the price.
Location and getting around
Guests rate the location 9.4 out of 10 and describe a rural setting near nature and beaches, yet a short distance from town. The Iglesia de Santa María del Conceyu (Llanes) is about 1.7 km away, roughly 21 minutes on foot. The Tower of Llanes is about 1.8 km away, around 23 minutes.
The Iglesia de San Pedro (Alles) is about 9.2 km away, roughly 115 minutes on foot. That is far, so you will need a car or a taxi. A beach appears in the provider facilities, but that does not confirm a beachfront position or a walking distance. All times are straight-line estimates.
What guests say
The spa is the standout. Guests describe a pleasant indoor area with a pool, equipped with everything needed. The setting also gets praise: close to nature and beaches, but not cut off from town.
Our data lists no recurring complaints. Room size, noise and room condition have not been assessed, so a quick read of recent reviews is still sensible.
Price and how it compares with our other Llanes picks
The reference price seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 (10 to 12 Nov) was about €182.40 per night for 2 adults in one room. The sample median was €77.75. It is a reference price, not a live quote, so check today's price for your dates.
Our Budget pick, Apartamentos La Playina, was about €67 per night with a score of 9.3. Our Best Value pick, Silken La Hacienda De Don Juan, was about €76.50 with a score of 8.4. La Casona costs more than twice either of them. What you pay for is the spa, the rural setting and the top score in the sample.
Listed facilities include a spa and wellness centre, a garden, a terrace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and free parking. The hotel is also tagged with gym, though details are not listed. Breakfast options listed are continental and breakfast to go. Whether breakfast is included is not confirmed.
Why it made our top 3
We compared 4 eligible hotels in Llanes, a small sample. La Casona shares the top review-score position. No five-star hotel qualified, so for the Luxury slot we accept a four-star option scoring at least 8.5. At 9.6, it clears that bar easily.
Before you book
