This is our Best Value pick for Llanes, a four-star hotel with a restaurant, family rooms, free Wi-Fi, a garden and a terrace. It suits couples and families who want a hotel, with staff and a restaurant, rather than an apartment, and who like to walk into town for dinner.
Some travellers will do better elsewhere. Breakfast gets mixed reviews, and our Budget pick scored higher for less money. Air conditioning and parking are not listed in our data, so check both if they matter to you.
Location and getting around
The hotel stands at Calle La Concepcion 5, and its location score is 9.0 out of 10.
Straight-line walking estimates are short for the main sights. Iglesia de Santa María del Conceyu (Llanes) is 0.6 km away, about 8 minutes. The Tower of Llanes is 0.7 km, about 9 minutes. Guests confirm a short walk to the town centre and restaurants in a quiet area.
Iglesia de San Pedro (Alles) is a different story: 10.1 km, about 126 minutes on foot. That is far, so you will need a car, public transport or a taxi.
What guests say
The score is 8.4 out of 10 from 1,658 reviews, the largest review count on this page. In the provider sample of four eligible properties, it ranks joint third on score.
Guests praise the location, close to the centre yet quiet, and a friendly, professional team that gives a warm welcome.
Breakfast divides opinion. It is a varied buffet with hot options, and a breakfast to go is listed, but some guests find the quality basic and the breakfast room uninviting.
Price and value against our other Llanes picks
The reference price was €76.50 per night, about €153 for two nights. These are reference prices seen for a 2-night stay in November 2026 for 2 adults in one room, not live quotes. The sample median was €77.75, so it sat 2% below.
Our Budget pick, Apartamentos La Playina, was €67 per night with a score of 9.3 and three stars. Our Luxury pick, LA CASONA Encanto Rural - ApartaHotel SPA Llanes, was €182.40 with a score of 9.6. The Budget pick beats this hotel on both price and score. What you get here instead is a four-star hotel with a restaurant and a garden, about €9.50 more per night.
Why it made our top 3
We compared four eligible hotels in Llanes. Our Best Value choice weighs guest score, review volume and reference price, so it is not necessarily the cheapest. With 1,658 reviews, a solid 8.4 and a 9.0 location score at the median price, this hotel fitted that balance.
